In my opinion, yes. I do think reasonable. If not, it should be 8 games. The Patriots have cheated numerous previous times to get to previous Super Bowls and won all of the ones that they cheated in. Also, besides Deflategate, how did Malcolm Butler know exactly what the Seahawks were going to do as soon as the Seahawks snapped the ball on his interception? How do the Patriots explain that? Tom Brady can't lie about that like he did in his attempt to stay away from Deflategate. In my opinion, the entire team should be punished for what they did to win the Super Bowl. If they knew what the Seahawks were going to do, how do we know that the Patriots weren't spying on the Seahawks as they practiced?
